Not offered anywhere else in the world, select Delkin products (e.g. BLACK memory cards, PRIME & POWER SD, POWER microSD & CFast 2.0) come with a premium 48-hour replacement guarantee in addition to our “Lifetime Warranty” policy. Delkin will happily replace any non-working card within 48 hours or less (not including weekends), prior to receiving your non-working card. You can also replace your card over the counter at any authorized Delkin reseller. Simply register your product using the form below, and call our friendly customer service team if you ever experience any issues.
While registration is not required to initiate a replacement, a Delkin service representative will fill-in the registration information with you online prior to sending you your replacement. Replacement cards will be sent between Monday through Friday (8AM to 3PM PST) on expedited freight terms to deliver within 2 business days. Shipping address must be a U.S. deliverable address as determined by UPS. Replacements are limited to (1) once each card only, and the defective card must be returned within 10 days (return envelope included with the replacement unit). If the defective card is not returned within 10 days, an invoice will be issued for the retail cost of the replacement card.
