We will happily replace any non-working card within 48 hours or less (not including weekends), prior to receiving your non-working card. You can also replace your card over the counter at any authorized Delkin reseller. Simply register your product using the form below, and call our friendly customer service team if you ever experience any issues.
The Delkin 48-hour replacement guarantee covers new cards sold in the United States, to the first buyer. While registration is not required to initiate a replacement, a Delkin service representative will fill in the registration information online with you prior to sending you your replacement. Replacement cards will be sent between Monday through Friday (8AM to 3PM PST) on expedited freight terms to deliver within 2 business days. Shipping address must be a U.S. deliverable address as determined by UPS. Replacements are limited to each card once only, and the replaced, defective card must be returned within 10 days (return envelope included with the replacement unit). If the defective card is not returned within 10 days, an invoice will be issued for the retail cost of the replacement card. It is our intention to replace the non-working card, no matter the reason, within 48 hours and retrieve the non-working card within a reasonable amount of time in order to lessen the cost associated with this “World’s Best Warranty”.
