Information We Collect:
Depending on the products and services you use, we collect different kinds of personal information from or about you.

Information you provide:
We collect and retain the Personal Information you provide—such as your name, employer, job title, username, or email address—when you use our products and services, create an account, contact us, participate in an online survey, apply for employment, interact with us at various events, or otherwise interact with us. We may also collect, but do not retain, your ZIP Code if you use our dealer search feature. We have engaged a third party service provider to process the purchase and downloading of certain licensed software programs.  If you choose to purchase such software you will be redirected to the service provider’s website and any Personal Information you provide  and your payment information will be collected and used by that service provider in accordance with its own, and not Delkin’s, policies. We do not receive or retain information from this service provider.

Information about use of our services and products:
When you visit our websites, we may collect information about the type of device you use, your device’s unique identifier, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browser that you use, usage information, diagnostic information, browsing information, session summary information, and general location information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices on which you access our products or services.  We do not treat this information as Personal Information, except where the information can identify you when associated with other Personal Information we hold or where we are required to do so under applicable law. Information from third parties: We may collect information from third parties, including business partners and marketing agencies. Access from Outside North America:
The Personal Information we may receive may be held on our computers and systems in the United States and the United Kingdom and may be accessed by or given to our staff working in the United States.  Your Personal Information may be processed by us in the United States where laws regarding data protection may be less stringent than those in other countries.
